Natural products are always subject to natural variations, but these do not affect the quality of the product.
We do not take back cigars for quality and hygiene reasons.
Products that do not meet your expectations and have quality defects can be returned to us after prior consultation within 5 days in unused, perfect condition and unopened original packaging at your own expense.
General terms and conditions
For all orders via our online store by consumers, the following GTCs apply.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to his commercial nor to his independent professional activity.
2. Contracting party, the conclusion of the contract, correction options
The purchase contract is concluded with PuPla Cigars SRL.
The presentation of the products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer but a non-binding online catalog.
You can initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction tools provided and explained for this purpose in the ordering process.
You submit a binding offer for the goods in the shopping cart by clicking the order button. The confirmation of receipt of your order will be sent by e-mail immediately after sending the order.

The language(s) available for the conclusion of the contract: German, English, Spanish
We do not store the contract text.
4. Delivery conditions
There are no shipping costs in addition to the stated product prices.

In the order process, you enter your credit card details. Your card will be charged immediately after placing the order.
6. Right of withdrawal
Consumers are entitled to the statutory right of cancellation as described in the cancellation policy.
7. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment.
8. Transport damage
For consumers applies: If goods are delivered with apparent transport damage, please complain about such defects to the delivery person as soon as possible and contact us immediately.
The evacuation of a complaint or contact has no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, particularly your warranty rights. However, they help us to be able to assert our claims against the carrier or the transport insurance.
9. Warranty and guarantees
The statutory liability for defects shall apply.
We shall always be liable without limitation for claims based on damages caused by us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents.
- - in case of injury to life, body or health,
- - in the event of an intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty,
- - in the case of warranty promises, if agreed, or
- insofar as the scope of application of the Product Liability Act is opened.
Otherwise, claims for damages are excluded.
11. Youth protection
Suppose your order includes goods whose sale is subject to age restrictions. In that case, we ensure that the customer has reached the minimum age by using a reliable procedure involving personal identity and age verification.
The deliverer hands over the goods only after age verification and to the customer personally. Delivery to packing stations is not possible in this case.
